These are the places a general-purpose tool gets the answer wrong without flagging it. The engine handles them before anything reaches a reviewer.
01 Structure-aware table chunking
Rows are split so every cell keeps its column header attached, even across page breaks in a 40,000-row export. A value can never be read against the wrong column heading or the wrong period.
02 AI-guided header detection
Multi-row and pivot-table headers are detected and rebuilt before analysis, so a spreadsheet goes in exactly as it was sent and nobody spends a morning cleaning it up first.
03 Line-precise citation grounding
A character's offset survives every step from cleaning to chunking, so each answer cites the exact page and line. Click a reported figure and the source document opens on that line.
04 Citation verification pass
Each quote is re-matched against the original file and dropped if a single word differs. The audit trail never carries a dead reference.
05 Exhaustive full-document traversal
Find-all questions read the whole document in overlapping passes, then merge and de-duplicate, instead of returning the top few matches. Ask for every instance of a clause across 200 files and none are missed.
06 Calibrated confidence scoring
Each extracted value carries a confidence level and a short rationale. Experts review the handful of values that need a human rather than every row in the output.
07 Insight dependency graph
Insights can reference each other, and the engine works out the run order and rejects circular logic before it starts. A conclusion built from twelve upstream extractions computes itself.
08 Word agent with native tracked changes
Edits arrive in Word as real tracked changes to accept or reject one by one, and the agent may only write text it can quote from the source.
09 Layout-aware OCR, run in parallel
Scanned pages are read in reading order with tables and figures intact, and many pages are processed at once, so a thousand-page document set is ready in minutes.
10 Single-tenant isolation, provisioned as code
On the enterprise plan a tenant gets its own database, cache and storage, and a build-time check keeps data out of logs. Customers with the most sensitive material need isolation at that level before they can use anything.
