Introducing Publications: your firm's expertise, ready for everyone

Every firm runs on know-how that lives in a handful of people’s heads: How you read a policy for the risks that actually matter; what a complete due diligence review has to cover; the standard a client report has to meet before it leaves the building. That knowledge is the most valuable thing you have, and the hardest to hand to anyone else.

In Normain, you have already been able to capture it. You build a Workflow that works the way your firm works, with your judgment and your know-how encoded into it, and it carries hundreds of documents through layers of complex analysis all the way to a finished, defensible deliverable. Structured, repeatable, and yours.

Now you can hand it to everyone

Today we are launching Publications. You take that Workflow, wrap it in a simple branded page, and share it with your whole team. Someone opens the page, gives it what it needs, and gets the finished work back, with your entire process running underneath.

You build that page by describing it in a chat, the same way you configure projects in Normain. Say what the page should ask for and show, add your company name and logo, and Normain builds it while you watch. You never write a line of code.

The expertise you spent years building stops being something a few specialists guard. It becomes something the whole firm can draw on, any time, without the person who built it in the room.

Why this is a different way to work

Work that used to sit in a queue behind one person now takes minutes for anyone to run. Your experts get their time back. Your team moves at the speed of the work instead of the availability of the one person who knows how to do it. And every answer still comes back with accuracy and full traceability, so scaling the work never means lowering the bar. A colleague uploads a document at one end, a defensible, editable report comes out the other, and high-stakes work stops being something only a few specialists can run.

“We built Normain so a firm’s best thinking does not have to live in one person’s head. With Publications, one expert encodes their judgment into a Workflow, and the whole firm can run it on demand, without losing an ounce of the rigor that made it trustworthy.”

What this looks like in practice

Take a GRC consultancy where one senior consultant reviews every client’s control documentation against the ISO 27001 Annex A controls before certification. In Normain, they built that review once as a Workflow. The client’s documents go in, Normain answers the question the consultant has set for each Annex A control, each result carrying the passage it came from and a note on how reliable it is, and a final step writes up the gap report from those findings, ready to edit and send.

That Workflow already existed. What Publications adds is a way to hand it to the whole firm. The consultant wraps it in a branded page called ISO 27001 Gap Check, built by describing it in a chat, and now anyone in the team can open it, add the client name, drop in the policy pack, and have the finished report back in minutes, written up in the firm’s own template. The review still meets the senior consultant’s standard. It just no longer waits for their calendar to clear.

It is live today

Publications are available now, ready to share across your Normain team. Open a Workflow you have already built, choose Publish, and describe the page you want. The first one takes minutes.
